Do I get guidance?

Yes. Under each product you'll find video guidance from Rune on how to use the tool.

How long does shipping take?

We usually process your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery to Norway normally takes 5–10 business days, and the delivery time for your country is shown at checkout. Every order ships with tracking, and you'll get the tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 30 days after receiving your item. Contact support@painfreeu.store.

Do bundles save money?

Yes. Bundles are put together for common areas and cost less than buying the tools separately.

When should I not use the tools?

Use light pressure, not force. Stop if pain becomes sharp, increases or is unexplained. Talk to a doctor first if you have lymphatic cancer, take blood thinners such as Warfarin, or have severe pain that hasn't been examined.
