SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Painfreeu technology AS ("we", "us", "our") is committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping practices, estimated delivery times, and your rights regarding delivery. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment (Monday–Saturday). Processing time may be longer during peak periods, sales, or for custom/personalized items. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times We ship worldwide using reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times are as follows (from shipment date):
- 5 - 10 Business days
These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, weather, holidays, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, size, and selected shipping method. We display the exact shipping cost before you place the order. Prices exclude any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders (see section 6).
We may offer free shipping thresholds or promotions from time to time – these will be clearly stated at checkout.
4. Delivery and Risk of Loss
- Title and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are handed over to the carrier (for international/USA orders) or upon delivery to you (for Norwegian/EEA orders under consumer law).
- We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after shipment.
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at support@painfreeu.store with your order number and proof (e.g., tracking). We will assist with carrier claims where possible.
5. Delivery Delays
We always strive to ship within the estimated time. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe (or within 30 days if no specific time is stated):
- We will notify you by email (or phone if provided) with a revised estimated shipping date.
- You may choose to:
- Accept the delay, or
- Cancel the order for a full refund (including any shipping fees paid).
This complies with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (USA) and EU/Norwegian consumer rules requiring timely delivery or agreement on delays.
6. International Orders (Outside Norway)
- For orders to the USA and other non-EEA countries: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or clearance charges imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping fees or product prices.
- For EEA/EU orders: Prices include Norwegian VAT where applicable. Additional local VAT or import fees may apply depending on your country (handled by carrier/customs).
7. Tracking
All of our orders include tracking information sent via email once shipped. Check your spam folder if you don't receive it.
