Right of withdrawal, open purchase and returns

30-day open purchase

Under «angrerettloven» (Norwegian Cancellation Act) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. With us you get 30 days: you can cancel the purchase within 30 days from the day you received the item, without giving a reason. This also applies to items bought on sale. If you ordered several items that are delivered separately, the period runs from when you received the last item.

How to cancel

Send us an email at support@painfreeu.store within the deadline with your order number and which items you want to return. You are welcome to use the withdrawal form at the bottom, but it is not required. It is enough that you give a clear notice.
Send the item to: PainFreeU Technology AS, Valaskiftet 4, 5355 Knarrevik, no later than 14 days after you notified us that you are cancelling.

Return shipping

You cover the cost of sending the item back yourself, unless the item is wrong or has a defect. In that case we cover the return.

Condition of the item

You may examine the item in the same way as in a shop. If the item has been used or handled more than is necessary to see what it is and how it works, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value. The item does not need to be in its original packaging, but pack it well.

Items that are sealed for hygienic reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery, have no right of withdrawal («angrerettloven» § 22). If this applies to an item, it is clearly stated on the product page. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Refund

We refund the full purchase price, including the cheapest standard shipping you paid, no later than 14 days after we were notified that you are cancelling. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item, or you have shown that it has been sent. The money is returned using the same payment method you used.

Exchange

If you want to exchange for a different item, you cancel the first one and order the new one as a regular purchase.

Damaged, wrong or defective item

Check the item when you receive it. If it is damaged, wrong or has a defect, contact us at support@painfreeu.store. The complaint rules in the terms of sale then apply, and this is free for you.

Digital products (running programmes as PDF)

The running programmes are digital content delivered as a file by email. They are not shipped and there is no shipping cost. You have the usual 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. It only ends if, before buying, you expressly ask to receive the file straight away and confirm that you understand the right of withdrawal then ends (section 22 n). You do this by ticking the box on the product page. The confirmation appears on the order and in the order confirmation email. Without ticking the box, the programme cannot be bought in the store.
