Shipping cost

You choose the shipping method at checkout and see the exact price before you pay.

Free shipping in Norway: on all orders
Insured shipping in Norway: NOK 149, or NOK 49 on orders of NOK 500 or more. The package is replaced if it is lost.

Processing and delivery time

Products are shipped from our international warehouse with tracking. We usually process the order within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. The usual delivery time is 5–10 business days to Norway and 7–15 business days to other countries. The delivery time for each shipping method is shown at checkout. Unless we have agreed otherwise, we deliver no later than 30 days after the order.

Delivery guarantee

If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of your order, we will send a new item at no extra cost or refund you in full – your choice. Email us at support@painfreeu.store with your order number.

Tracking

Once the package has been sent, you will receive an email with tracking information. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.

Risk and delay

The item is our responsibility until you have received it. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, we send a new item or refund you. If the delivery is delayed, we will let you know. You can then choose to wait or to cancel the purchase and get your money back, including for shipping.

Delivery abroad

We also ship to other countries. Standard shipping costs NOK 129 and is free on orders of NOK 500 or more. Usual delivery time is 7–15 business days. Price and delivery time are always shown at checkout. For countries outside the EEA, customs duties, taxes and fees may be charged in the recipient country, and are to be paid by the recipient.
