This cork balance trainer set gives the feet a clear, simple challenge without needing a full workout. Use it for short balance checks, foot awareness and controlled ankle work.
How to use it with PainFreeU
- Start barefoot or in thin socks on a safe, non-slip surface.
- Keep the first test short: 30–60 seconds is enough.
- Notice left/right difference before you add more reps.
- If the foot, ankle, knee or hip gives a sharp or worsening signal, stop and use PFU Pocket or Running Coach before pushing harder.
